Refund policy

Return for all Products

If you are not satisfied with your livetocreatebrand.com purchase, we will accept your return within 30 days of your purchase. Products must be in their original condition and packaging. All items must be unworn and unwashed.

Your refund will be in the same form of payment as your original method at time of purchase.

Returns will process 5-7 business days after your order is received back and inspected for quality control.  If returned items pass inspection, a refund will process back to your original account accordingly. If items do not pass inspection, a store credit of your purchase amount will be issued.

Please Note: Our return address is a USPS PO Box address. Not all carriers may deliver to PO Box addresses. Please confirm with your selected carrier in order to guarantee delivery of your return. USPS delivers to PO Boxes.

Save your return tracking number provided by your selected carrier. We will ask for your return tracking number to confirm the delivery of your returned order.

Please Note: Sale Items are Final Sale. We do not accept Returns or Exchanges on SALE items. Sale items will have a “Sale Item” notice in the Product Description section when applicable.
